PHP: Facebook / Twitter Integration

I have a CMS built into php and I want to add social networking integration to it. I basically want to pre-populate the comments and contact us using the visitor's Facebook / Twitter information, if available.

Is there anything reliable already built and tested, or should I start from scratch?

One solution that is becoming quite popular is DISQUS.com, which allows users to comment when they log in to Facebook / Twitter and many other sites. And it starts to spread widely.
