Does anyone know what constitutes an official connection to a workstation? I have a fairly small operation when I use WORKSTATION and not a server, like a server. For the most part, it works fine, but there is a limit on 10 connections, and I played with some new features and ended up causing some problems as the limit on 10 connections continued to hit.

From trial and error, I am sure that using a web service on a workstation is considered a connection, as well as surfing the web pages served by the workstation. What if I set up a MySql database? Every time a PC connects or replicates data from a MySql server, will this be considered a connection? How to connect to a PC via disk mapping?

IIS restrictions imposed by the operating system version

Basically from Vista, the number of connections is unlimited. This is the number of concurrent requests that IIS can process, which are limited. Therefore, theoretically, you can have 15 concurrent connections to IIS, but five of them are queued.
