Creating a Custom InputScope for Windows Phone 7

Where can I find a tutorial on creating a custom InputScope? I would like to create a custom keyboard that only displays the numbers 1-9 on the on-screen keyboard (no characters).

You cannot create a custom input area, here are those that are supported by InputScopeNameValue Enumeration , perhaps next to what you want - there are numbers like a phone or a number.
