Disable visual studio reload message

I use emacs to edit the source code and use visual studio ide to compile. However, I see the following message in visual studio when the source is changed.

Can I disable this message with the default reboot action?

Yes: "Tools" - "Options" - "Environment" - "Documents" - "Automatically upload changes when saving" (VS2008)
