How to get time from google javascript api

When we search google for "Time Texas", it returns the local time for Texas and it for any location in the world. He calculated the correct time with the daylight saving setting, etc.

How can we make a similar call using the Google search JavaScript JavaScript API and get the time for any given location.

As far as I know, Google does not offer a single one. I personally have not used this http://www.worldweatheronline.com/time-zone-api.aspx , but it seems to offer everything you need.
