How to do GPS post processing

I am new to the GPS world. I need to know how to do post processing using DGPS. I found definitions on the DGPS network, post-processing, etc., but could not find clear steps on how to actually post-process DGPS. When searching for suppliers, I found that the Rinesx CORS data files are available to the public for free download from NOAA.

I do not understand what I have to do to use the downloaded data for the subsequent processing of GPS data. Is free software available for further processing? In addition, I use an Android phone (HTC Magic) as my GPS receiver, and I need to figure out how to include GPS registration in a file in my Android application so that GPS data can be used for further processing.
