Skype to Eclipse via ECF

I am looking for a skype provider plugin for working with Eclipse ECF in the version of Eclipse Helios.

So far, there is only one Skype provider, and the update site has been working for him for a very long time. Is any connected or code code enabled through any Skype provider with Eclipse?
