Any flexible free cross-platform project management / ALM tools with mylyn integration?

Is there a solution I missed? I would prefer to use an open source tool, and not just a plan free from 1-5 developers (so not BaseCamp, Mingle, Jira / Greenhopper). And it should work on both windows and linux (so ScrumDesk or TargetProcess does not exist). It should support a flexible development process - user stories, iterations, point estimates, tasks, etc.

What I really would like to have is a mylyn connector for agilefant. But agilefant does not have a public API, so even AFAIK cannot be talked about.

I read this post and this post about free mylyn integration bug tracking tools, but what I'm looking for is different as I would like to manage a project / ALM tool

I have used Agilo (which is based on Trac) successfully in the past, and it should integrate with Eclipse through Mylyn,
