How to debug an application after deployment in mode II?

Hi Everything, I am developing an application using .net 2008 and Oracle 10g as a database. I deployed the application in IIS, now that two users have logged into the same application on the same page while receiving the error, like " * The connection must be open for this operation. Unable to access the addressed object. Object name:" Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OralceConnection ". The connection must be open for this operation " *

Plz provides a solution to solve this multi-user problem.
