Record video on iPhone using the AVFoundation Framework (AVCaptureSession)?

Question

I am developing an application in which I am trying to record video using the AVCaptureSession class ... I came across some good tutorials like this

but in these tutorials, only capturing images from video frames is performed when I want to record a full-sized video, which I can either save on my device or upload it to my server ... How can I achieve this using the AVFoundation frame ??
