Iphone Location Service code that runs on OS 4.1 in the appstore

There is an error in OS 4.1 that has violated location services for some iPhone applications ( https://devforums.apple.com/message/306250 ). Basically, location services are not turned on and do not even ask the user for permission to localize them. The worst of this error is that it does not happen when you install the application on the device from Xcode, it happens when you boot from the App Store! It is almost impossible to check for a fix.

Not all of the application has been affected, so I'm trying to figure out what causes it.

Does anyone have any location service code that is NOT affected by this problem? In other words, who has the code for an application in which location services work fine on OS 4.1 devices when installed from the AppStore?

Thank!
Tristan

I found a workaround. Solution: Reset location warning. (Settings> General> Reset> Reset Location Alerts)
