Apache portable binary for windows?

from http://apr.apache.org , apr is only available in source format. any third party that we can get is pre-prepared so that I can use it with tomcat6.

Tomcat Native has Windows files to view ... see http://www.apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/native/

This will not help if you want to use the latest version of apr, but they work for me.
