The reason for this exception in WCF

I am learning WCF and now I get one exception when starting the application: Exception:

Could not find the default endpoint for the element that refers to the contract "IService1" in the client ServiceModel configuration. This may be because no configuration file was found for your application, or because there is no endpoint element corresponding to this contract can be found in the client element.

now using svcutil I created a proxyclass (generateProxy.cs) and a configuration file (serviceapp.config) and added it to the console application (client)
