Put the downloaded emails to the POP3 server

How can I return downloaded emails to my POP3 server? I want it to look like it was originally shipped. I made a mistake by installing thunderbird to delete my server side messages and keep only the local one. Now I need to upload it back to my webmail again. How should I do it?

Note: The Mailredirect extension is not compatible with my current ThunderBird, so I don't think a trick will be possible.

POP3 has no conditions for downloading messages. You can use IMAP to download them if the server supports it, or simply resend messages to the mail server via SMTP (this will add more Received: lines and will go through any spam filtering or the like again)
