Malicious destination detection?

Is there an online service that can tell me if the file with the given url is malicious?

I am posting URLs on my website and want to warn users about which URLs may contain malware. I would like to request a report with an HTTP request, for example:

http://www.somemalwareadvisor.com/canitrust?url= ...
