Scan downloaded files using the Anti-Virus SDK

Question

I am creating a website with a file upload function. I need an antivirus scan of downloaded files. I am currently running MS Forefront, but I do not know if it has built-in functions for this purpose? Alternatively I need an AV SDK, but I really don't know.

Any help on this issue?
