Wordpress - attempt to edit a message - "Fatal error: out of memory" ... but the memory limit is high

And I am in despair, I help so, someone can help me!

I have a domain: example.com. There are various WP settings for different languages, for example. / en /, / fr /. I dubbed English / en / to make these other installations in a foreign language. The original / en / install still works fine.

Other settings work on the interface, however, when I try to edit the page, for example, I get this error when updating / saving / sending:

Fatal error: Out of memory (28835840 allocated) (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /homepages/../wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1371

This does not happen with the installation in English (/ en /) and does not happen when I change other things in another blog. For example, I managed to change the name of the blog, widgets, menus , etc.

I installed the Memory Booster plugin, so PHP now has 256M , but it seems to be running out of memory.

Does anyone know how to help ?: (

So thankful in advance !!!

Maybe a silly question, but did you restart your web server after setting the memory limit?

As an alternative, there may be a limitation for memory limits in the PHP ( ini_set('memory_limit', ...)) file somewhere or in the Apache configuration file ( / ). php_valuephp_admin_value

, , ,

echo '<h1>LIMIT: '.ini_get('memory_limit').'</h1>';
