Current resources of rubies and rails (2010)

Question

Can you great programmers and programmers point me to current and updated Ruby / Rails blogs / sites? I am also looking for an active forum for lively discussions on rubies / rails.

I already tried using Google for them, but as I mentioned, many of the links to Google seem to refer to sites that are no longer being updated.
