Dynamic ASP.Net or MVC2 data?

I worked with web forms, and I want to switch to the MVC template based on some facts and other goodies that I see in it. I am well versed in the MVC review when I came across the latest dynamic data (which in the past was called dynamic data patterns).

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe in the backend of both MVC2 and DD using the MVC pattern, but then DD supports server controls and has a lot of automation using its latest forest technology. We can make a website with mileage in a few hours, and DD handles most of them for us.

MS people day is massively flexible and customizable. However, as I continued to search for online resources, I was disappointed (compared to the solutions available in MVC) a recent post from the asp.net forum hit me hard -

Re: Why I won’t use dynamic data anymore - read this Microsoft!

And it looks like a non-MS guy did more in DD than in a real team! His website has several complex solutions - http://csharpbits.notaclue.net/
