Changes in Asp.net 4.0 Received "Cannot Find Page"

Question

I just changed the existing version of the virtual dir ASP.net from 2.0 to 4.0 and looked at the previous working web page.

But right now I get the error message "HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found."

Any ideas?

Put it back in ASP.net 2.0, the problem has disappeared. I also executed "aspnet_regiis.exe -i", this did not work.
