I have only a little experience with the Rule Manager and Expression Filter, and it’s hard to say that something is not based on the standard, but here are my considerations:

• Oracle seems to like talking about standards in its documentation. For example, there are many standards mentioned in the SQL Reference , but in the "Rules Manager" and "Expression Filter" .
