Choose a window style - css / jquery

Question

I hunted around to find out if I can find a simple CSS or jQuery solution to achieve the following style for the select box:

There are various elements here, such as here , but they are getting closer, but the problem seems to be more related to the arrow style of the box selection section. Many of the patterns I found create an entire selection box.

It is really possible or possible. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Here is what I used recently. It was pretty easy for the theme. This is due to using the jquery library on top of CSS.
