VS2010 - the same soltuion (IE SVN check), different locations, one builds, any ideas fail?

I have the strangest thing I've seen over time with VS2010. I have the same solution checked out from svn in two different folders. One of them is not one ... but MSBuild does not work. All assemblies are being assembled and it will be launched, but VS2010 continues to say that one project is failing. If anyone has seen this before or can see what I am missing in my magazines, this would help heaps.

Looking closer to the second magazine, I read three "The assembly worked." messages, but the final "========== Build: 2 succeeded or updated, 1 failed, 0 skipped ===========". Go figure. There are no event messages. I really don't get it.

I had this in a strange context when I tried to build a project on another machine. There was no actual error ";" !! There were no errors noted during assembly. I found an error by doing Code Analysis - I checked the field in the project settings to enable code analysis in the assembly.
