Problem with Visual Studio 2010 Conversion does not recognize 'asp' prefix

Question

I just converted a project from Visual Studio 2008 to 2010, and all my asp controllers contain a warning.

Unrecognized tag prefix or device filter 'asp'.

It also does not show any intellisense, does anyone else experience similar problems? Is it possible that my conversion did not go right?

I also had this problem, I solved it by deleting the folder C: \ Users \ UserName \ AppData \ Roaming \ Microsoft \ VisualStudio \ 10.0
