Linking RDF URIs to Physical URLs

Is there a way - inside an RDF document - to specify a physical URL for URI links? That is, something that does the same job as xsi: schemaLocation in XML schema documents?

I understand that the “right” way to do this is that the URI performs a 303 redirect with content matching, but if setting up the redirect is a problem, can my RDF document itself explain that

http://foo.bar.com/voc/SpecialSettings

must be retrieved from a physical location

http://server1.bar.com/prod/app3/SpecialSettings.owl

?

Update: we solved this by explaining to the server that it needs to send redirects. Cm.http://biodiversity.org.au/voc/ibis/IBIS
