What is a good, lightweight database for a small winforms F # project?

I have a project that I am going to do in F #, but I'm still very new to this language. I need a simple database, hope something easy to use. Will sqlite work well for an F # project? Other offers?

SqlLite is a very popular lightweight database engine that supports the .Net middleware layer available from F #. This is probably the best option for your scenario.
