How to handle user input in a workflow

I am creating a small workflow application to check WF settings.
What I got so far:

I can start the workflow and add the parameter that is used in the StartProcess operation. Thus, the flow passes the first decision and comes either to pay the bill or to pay by credit card.

The next part is my question:
When the stream reaches the Invoce Payment sequence, the following actions are called:

In this sequence, I call the user activity InitiateInvoicePayment, which creates a new object for storing account data. At this point, I want the user to fill in the rest of the required data, as shown as receive activity, but here's where I got stuck.
