Android activity to show directory explorer for viewing sdcard contents

Question

In android, is there any activity showing a directory explorer for viewing sdcard contents? Like the File explorer in Java, can it display the contents of the current directory, and can I go to its parent object by clicking ".." and go to the child directory by clicking on the name of the child directory?
