How to get Mario Wii Map Points after a race in the database

I do not think this is possible, but maybe I missed something. A group of us is playing Mario Cart Wii in the office. We do not play online, just a couple of races. We often have tournaments in which we play several sets of races for several weeks, and then combine the points at the end. Instead of recording the last points after each set of races, I would like to “extract” points for each player from the scoreboard screen and into the database (possibly MySQL). My question is: is there a way to get points from the Mario Kart Wii scoreboard? If so, I am sure that as soon as I receive the data, I can find a way to put it in the database. I would rather not hack the Wii completely, but I am interested to know if this is possible. Let me know if you want me to clarify.

If the Wii video output was on a computer, you can use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to automatically read the ratings and put them into the database in this way.

Here is a wild guess. Take a picture on the Wii screen using your mobile phone. send the image to the computer and use OCR to extract the numbers. This can be more of a problem than just copying the numbers and entering them into a table or database yourself.

Just enter them into a table or database. Maybe the loser should enter the numbers?
