How can I install `Thread :: Pool` from CPAN?

Question

I use cpanmPerl modules to install, but for some reason I cannot install Thread::Pool:

$ sudo cpanm Thread::Pool

fails and the log file says:

Well, the problem is that Thread :: Tie (one of the prerequisites) does not perform its tests. According to CPAN Testers , Thread :: Tie has never passed its tests on Perl 5.10.1 and has 6 error reports. The pair I checked looked just like yours.
