Getting BadValueError in Google App Engine Datastore Delete Data Warehouse

Question

I am trying to delete records in a data warehouse. Unfortunately, whenever I try to remove elements, this gives me a BadValueError because rounding is required (one of the columns). Due to the volume loader problem, the circles are zero for all lines ... but I still need to clear the data store to try to fix the volume loader error.

What can I do?
