CImg Python 3 bindings or something at least comparable?

I am looking for a Python library with good image processing features. I was looking for CImg bindings (which I already used for C ++ projects), but I had no luck. I found PIL, but it does not have many features that CImg has, is there a good alternative?

PIL is good, but I need Python 3 support on Mac OS X.

I would suggest you list the functions you need that are in Cimg, and not in PIL.
