How to make toolbars in Visual Studio 2010 float?

I used to have my toolbars float in Visual Studio 2008, but can no longer be done with Visual Studio 2010. Read the documentation and find nothing, don’t know how to do it? Holding Ctrl, Alt, Shift will not help.
