Search UI Library for .NET and Mono

I am looking for a user interface library for .NET and Mono, something like Gtk #, but with support for the 64-bit version (on Windows) and with some WinForm ListView widgets with VirtualMode .

I do not want to use WinForms and WPF. Is there an alternative?

As for VirtualMode, I am not familiar with it, but it seems like an implementation of the custom GTK TreeModel. GTK TreeView uses model / view separation - therefore, a ListStore (a simple flat implementation of TreeModel) is usually connected to the TreeView to represent the list. Alternatively, you can check out the fully managed GTX # ListView, which was designed for virtualized views in the Sqlite database.
