Programmatically read wall posts / stream Facebook "pages"

My application accepts various data streams from social networks / rss and combines them into one service channel that I offer to enterprises.

So, I would like to read the streams of facebook pages and process them. Do I need to get permission from the owner of the facebook page? Or is it publicly available? because they are publicly accessible pages for businesses, not a stream of private facebook users.

At the moment, I don’t care about the LETTER for the stream ... just READING.
