How to find the eclipse org.eclipse.ui.console plugin?

Seriously, it's like a DLL hell over and over again. I can only find ghostly links to it, but this is not my system. Where can i download this?

If you mean where you find its jar / source, you can, if you have RCP Eclipse, use Eclipse Plugin Spy + + ): AltShiftF1
