Which DTD do you prefer for XHTML Mobile or HTML 5 mobile sites?

Is there any Mobile Html 5 Validator like W3C mobile OK for mobile phones?

Shouldn't I use Html 5 for mobile now because the W3C does not recommend it?

I am using the "XHTML Mobile" profile. If you want to target phones other than iphone or Android. This will give you wider coverage.
