How to encrypt PayPal button

I'm struggling a bit with the PayPal button. I have an unencrypted version that works fine, the problem is that the client can change the amount, etc. I found out that data can be encrypted. I used these two examples . The problem is that I get "We were unable to decrypt the certificate identifier." Maybe it seems that I do not have the correct public PayPal certificate? I downloaded it from the backend, the only one I found. There was no link where to download it not in tourist replacements. Now I'm trying this on a sandbox. Please, can you consult?
