Getting debugging information from your users

If one of your beta testers is having problems with the application crashing, how do you usually debug about it if it is great for you / other users?

Is there a way to send you debug information?

This article from Apple should help. It includes the Instructions for Application Testers section , which contains information on how testers should send you crash reports.

You can then view the crash reports by following the instructions in the Import crash logs from testers section .
