What is the cheapest non-BLOB cloud storage?

Question

I have an iPhone app that needs to use external cloud db to sync data between users. The data is structured, so the BLOB repository will not work. So far, the only alternatives that I see are

• Amazon simpledb
• MS Azure Storage (Tables). I didn’t get it if I could use only Storage and no Azure instances.

Are there any other similar providers?
