Will my application be rejected if I put the iAd in the UITableView header?

Question

I am showing an iAd in a headerView of a UITableView. When the user scrolls through the iAd, it disappears because the headerView is no longer displayed. I am not sure if this will prevent the reception of my application.

As I explained in the answer to your previous question (and another question that was closed as a duplicate): iAd appears in the simulator, but not on the device
