Show popup from help desk in android

Hi, perhaps, a pop-up dialog will appear in the android with the background running service? and the answer is positive than how can I do this

There are several options. You can use the topic and see the type of activity and behave like a dialogue (as in this question ) by setting android:themefrom your <activity>to @android:style/Theme.Dialogor custom theme in the manifest.

Alternatively, you can create a transparent activity by setting the theme to @android:style/Theme.Translucent.NoTitleBar, and then launch a regular dialog from this operation. Since comments on one of the answers to the question are advised, in this case, just make sure that the finish()translucent activity whenever the dialogue is rejected.
