The website we are writing should be "Accessible." The problem is that although we understand common condesks (semantic brass, text on images, light on Javascript, etc. etc.), we really do not know very well which products to read from the screen or other available Browsers really are on the market and / or generally used, and how to test them.
So the questions are:
- What products do we need to know?
- Would it be wise (or even useful) to master them for testing?
- Are there any quality control processes that we should look at to help us (we do a lot of automated testing of the [Selenium] browser to ensure that we don’t break anything for ordinary users, can we do the same for screen readers?)
Thanks in advance for any advice.
