Sync / etc / hosts file on multiple computers

Does anyone know an easy way to synchronize your / etc / hosts file on multiple computers? I use a MacBook, MacMini, Windows Machine, as well as a Linux virtual machine for website development, so it would be ideal if all of them had the same host configuration.

Instead of having a / etc / hosts file for each machine, you can use a DNS server instead.
