Assuming I'm right, how can I convince my client that these annoying animations that you sometimes render are harmful and not appealing to visitors? I know that personally I always click "skip input", and I feel that this is one of those new products that date.
His site should showcase its manufacturing services. I say this is not an entertainment site for children or anything like that.
