Are there any good Java cross-platform SIP / VOIP dev kits that you personally used? I found one or two that seem like they might be chasing, but I still don't sell them 100%.

It seems to be the leader at the moment. However, it seems that they are not developing yet. I had several letters with them and the answers were excellent.

I have a Java application that needs a built-in SIP endpoint. I would like, if possible, to avoid wrapping my own libraries, since this application needs to be run on Windows, Mac OS X, and possibly Linux.

Something with third-party call control (3pcc) will instantly exceed the list, but this is not a 100% requirement, since I believe that I can implement this myself without worrying.

try peers , this is the sip java client I developed. It is commonly used to add telephony features to an existing application. It is 100% pure java and cross platform (works with windows, linux and mac).
