This is very naive ... but how do you transmit certain pieces of information from the website. From what I understand, web browsing launches a web page, but what if I only want to pass the paragraph published on the site.
Example: Yahoo! Fantasy football ... Updates on players and a feed of news about them.
This is obviously much more complicated than my question. I would be interested in a textbook that could go through me. Does it also require server side programming in order to post this? Thanks in advance.
