CKeditor skins are good and how to build them?

I was wondering if there is a CKeditor skin resource somewhere? Like a list of skins. By default, this is a little meh.

Also where is the doc to create your own skin?

I am satisfied with the ones sent to the library, but if you want to edit an existing skin, you only need to check that inside the library directory you will find where the skins are easy.
