What is the simplest CSS change that can lead to dramatic (non-destructive) aesthetic changes in web design?

I have a web design and you want to show some variants of it for some people with whom I work.

What simple changes can I quickly make to my current CSS stylesheet to dramatically change the design in an aesthetically pleasing way and present various alternative presentations of my current design?
