Javax.persistence / hibernate inside the game

I am new to hibernate and java, I am trying to define a simple user-> groups-> permissions model in playframework, I want the delete caching rule to be enforced at the database level, and I don't want orm to take care of the cascade (which- something similar to python-sqlalchemy passive removal), here are my models:

since you can see the index in the username field in the tabe auth_user is not created, the restriction in the user_groups table is duplicated equally, I have ON DELETE CASCADE ON and ON DELETE NO ACTION, I only need the cascade version, the cascade rule is not created in the group_permissions table,
